SonicWALL Terminal Services Agent Empty SonicWALL Terminal Services Agent

    Answer-
A customer requested that a SonicWALL firewall track users when connected to a terminal services /RDP server.
Below is some insight on how this can be accomplished.

You will need to enable SSO on the firewall and install TSA (Terminal Server Agent) on the RDP server. The TSA agent identify users by a user number as well as IP address. Once the users are identified firewall works with LDAP to confirm the group membership and apply policies. The user information can then be reported in Analyzer for web usage or other reporting
